About the project

XRGREEN.CON aims to make vocational education and training in the construction sector more practical, digital and connected with the green transition. The project promotes circular economy principles and sustainable construction practices through realistic, immersive learning experiences using Extended Reality (XR) technologies.

The project supports vocational education and training (VET) teachers in developing the knowledge and skills needed to create and integrate XR-based learning activities into their teaching. At the same time, students gain opportunities to explore realistic construction processes, sustainable materials and circular economy practices through virtual learning environments.

Through cooperation between five partner organisations from Latvia, Finland, Spain, Croatia and Austria, XRGREEN.CON brings together education, technology and the construction sector to strengthen green and digital skills.
